Beads, beads, and more beads!

Still stuck behind the desk….. Leaving for New Orleans Friday… YAY!!!!!!

Lots of new things going on today! First you might have been wondering, what the heck is going on with Micah’s blog? Well for the past few months I have been working (off and on) to update the entire site. I migrated from the Blogger platform to MovableType and redesigned the entire site form the ground up.
The new blog will feature more content, equipment reviews, special features and much much more. There is even talk of a podcast in the future!
Please have a look around and check back as I am constantly updating the finer details.
On the equipment front, Canon today released some new and exciting products. The new 30D looks like a mild improvement over the 20D, but I am always happy in the making of something good, better! Also, a couple new lenses join the Canon lineup. So, check out the posts on DPReview below.
Canon EOS 30D
Canon EF-S 17 - 55 mm F2.8 IS lens
Canon EF 85 mm F1.2 L II lens
Still shooting the desk/interview pictures! Well, work is work I guess! Next week I am off to New Orleans to cover the reconstruction during Mardi Gras. I am very excited and looking forward to some time away from Washington. Check back for updates from the road!
